Milan have now made new contact with the entourage of Lille defender Sven Botman once again.
It has been reported in recent days that Lille are trying to incite an auction for the Dutchman defender, with the Magpies, Manchester United and Tottenham interested in him. It was reported yesterday that the Rossoneri’s move is now struggling to take off.
Journalist Daniele Longo had reported yesterday that a meeting was expected between the entourage of Botman and Milan and he has reported today that a meeting did indeed take place. The Rossoneri are not willing to give up in their chase for the Dutchman despite Newcastle’s intentions.
It is stated that Newcastle have already agreed a fee with Milan but they have not agreed terms with the player, who is said to have agreed personal terms with the Rossoneri already. The saga is now an open challenge between the two clubs, who aren’t the only parties interested.
