According to WAZ, Bochum are set to announce the signing of Kevin Stöger (28) and Jacek Góralski (29) on Friday.
Attacking-midfielder Stöger will join Bochum from Mainz 05 when his contract comes to an end. The Austrian international previously played for Bochum between 2016 and 2018, making 37 appearances and scoring five goals during this time.
Stöger has considerable Bundesliga experience with 98 games played in the top flight, scoring nine and creating 16 since making his Bundesliga debut in 2018 for Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Góralski will also join on a free transfer as his contract with FC Kairat in the Kazakhstan first division has ended. This will be the Polish international’s first experience of German football.
Before playing in Kazakhstan, Góralski mostly featured in the Bulgarian and Polish first division for teams such as Ludogorets Razgrad, Wisła Płock, and Jagiellonia Białystok.
It’s reported that both players have completed their medical checks and just have the contract to sign.
