Barcelona have held talks with Las Palmas about signing midfielder Alberto Moleiro, according to ESPN.
The Blaugrana have enquired about the fee involved in taking the 18-year-old to Camp Nou but allowing him to stay on loan at the Segunda División side until 2023.
The deal would be similar to the one involving Pedri. In 2019, Barcelona allowed the Spain international to stay at Las Palmas before he officially joined the Camp Nou club.
Moleiro is an attacking midfielder who has also played wide. In 2021/22, he scored three goals and assisted one in 37 games.
He has represented Spain on eight occasions at U19 level.
