With pressure mounting as the transfer window approaches, Milan are prepared to submit a lucrative offer within the the renewal of Portuguese star Rafael Leao.
As it stands, European juggernauts Chelsea and Real Madrid have expressed a great deal of interest in acquiring the the 23 year-old winger within the near future.
