Speaking ahead of Borussia Dortmund’s game against Sevilla in the Champions League on Tuesday evening, Niklas Süle discussed Jude Bellingham (19), who captained BVB for the first time last week in the absence of Marco Reus and Mats Hummels.
“I think Jude is an exceptional talent. I have rarely seen a player at the age of 19 that made you feel like he might as well have already three children at home and is a family father. He has that implicitness in his game where he knows, ‘I will lead the team and fight for the team’. That is very, very impressive to see. I am having deep exchanges with him and try to help him a little,” said Süle.
Borussia Dortmund host Sevilla at the Signal Iduna Park, kick-off at 9pm local time on Tuesday evening, with the possibility of qualifying for the knockout stages should Manchester City beat Copenhagen in the other fixture in the group.
