Sevilla host Athletic Bilbao at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán in the eighth round of La Liga, with kick-off scheduled at 6.30pm local time.
The match will mark the start of Jorge Sampaoli’s second spell in charge of Sevilla and is expected to make a couple of changes to the starting XI.
He will most likely opt to use a 4-3-3 formation, with Érik Lamela, Kasper Dolberg and Isco making up the front three. Marcão, who joined the club from Galatasaray this past summer, is set to make his debut for Los Nervionenses following his recovery from an injury.
Sevilla, who are just one point above the relegation zone, will be looking to climb up the league table.
Predicted Sevilla XI vs Athletic Bilbao
Mundo Deportivo predict that Jorge Sampaoli’s first starting XI to mark the beginning of his second spell at Sevilla will be the following: Bono – Jesús Navas, Tanguy Nianzou, Marcão, Marcos Acuña – Thomas Delaney, Ivan Rakitić, Papu Gómez – Érik Lamela, Kasper Dolberg, Isco.
