Chelsea take on Hull City in the fourth round of the FA Cup this evening and head coach Liam Rosenior has named his side for the tie at the MKM Stadium
Liam Rosenior has named his Chelsea line-up for this evening’s FA Cup fourth round tie with Hull City.
The Blues, unsurprisingly, have named a much-changed XI for the trip to the MKM Stadium. After drawing with Leeds United in the week, the Chelsea head coach has left out Cole Palmer, but Reece James is back in the XI after missing the last three matches because of injury and illness.
James captains the side that includes a first start for Mamadou Sarr since he was recalled. The Senegal international was brought back from his loan at Strasbourg in the mid-season transfer window and is thrown in alongside Wesley Fofana this evening.

James is at right-back, with Jorrel Hato on the left-hand side of defence. Moises Caicedo and Andrey Santos form a double pivot in the midfield, with Estevao Willian ahead of them.
Pedro Neto looks to be on the right wing, Alejandro Garnacho on the left and Liam Delap as the No.9. Joao Pedro has been named on the Chelsea bench, with Delap, who is returning to his former club, leading the line for Rosenior.
Academy stars Jesse Derry and Shim Mheuka, who have been brilliant for the young Blues this season, have travelled to Yorkshire and have both been named on the bench tonight.
Chelsea XI: Sanchez; James, Fofana, Sarr, Hato; Caicedo, Santos; Neto, Estevao, Garnacho; Delap
