According to a report from L’Équipe, Jérémie Boga (29) is set to travel to Turin to complete a medical before joining Juventus on loan from Nice. The Côte d’Ivoire international attacking midfielder has agreed to move to the Serie A club until the end of the season.
The French publication reports that an agreement has been reached between Les Aiglons and the Bianconeri over a loan move until the end of the season. Nevertheless, Juventus will also have the opportunity to sign the former Chelsea winger on a permanent basis should they wish to do so.
Boga to return to Italy on a permanent basis?
The Turin outfit will have the option to sign the 29-year-old for €5m at the end of the loan. This purchase option isn’t mandatory. Boga is no stranger to the Italian top flight. The Nice attacking midfielder made 102 appearances for Sassuolo, scoring 18 goals and registering 9 assists.
