The 39-year-old declared himself most displeased with his team’s discipline and revealed that, after the poor second-half, he would not be giving them a day off before the upcoming Champions’ League fixture.
“If you see how we contested the duels during the first 15, 20 minutes of the second half, then we should not be surprised that we conceded two goals,” the BVB continued, “We always pump brakes on our joy, precisely because of games like today. It repeatedly occurs that we simply give away games that we completely control.
“This is why Dortmund isn’t getting to the top over all these years,” Terzic concluded, “We will address it again. We will try and learn our lessons from it. We will talk again about the fact that we need to show a reaction and finally lay this to rest.”
