Can Uzun hit by injury setback

Can Uzun faces a spell on the sidelines.

Eintracht Frankfurt have revealed that Can Uzun has been hit by an injury setback.

The 20-year-old suffered a thigh injury in Eintracht’s 1-3 defeat to Hoffenheim at the weekend.

As a result, Uzun will be sidelined “until further notice,” the Bundesliga side stated.

The young attacking midfielder has already missed six games this season due to injuries.

Eintracht continue their campaign against Tottenham in the Champions League on Wednesday.
