Lukas Nmecha will miss VfL Wolfsburg’s Bundesliga clash with VfB Stuttgart tomorrow due to an injury.
The 23-year-old is still struggling with the knee problem that kept him out of Germany’s game against England during the international break.
“We trained today without Lukas Nmecha, and he won’t be able to join us tomorrow either,” revealed Wolfsburg coach Niko Kovac at the pre-match press conference.
With Jonas Wind still missing, Luka Waldschmidt is in line to start up front, with Josip Brekalo likely to play on the left wing and Patrick Wimmer, Omar Marmoush and Jakub Kaminski competing for the right wing spot.
