Dani Olmo is expected to make his RB Leipzig return in the next two or three weeks after returning to training on Wednesday, according to Kicker.
The 24-year-old has missed RB Leipzig’s last four games across all competitions with a knee injury but completed a light jogging session on Wednesday. Olmo is expected to make his comeback against Hertha Berlin (October 15), Hamburg (October 18) or Augsburg (October 22).
In other news, Lukas Klostermann is expected to return to light running duties by the end of the week and will make a comeback in four to six weeks. Unfortunately, Konrad Laimer is unlikely to play for RB Leipzig against in 2022 after undergoing surgery on his syndesmosis ligament last week.
Although Yussuf Poulsen has returned to team training, whether the Danish forward is fit enough to feature against Bochum on Saturday afternoon is questionable.
Since replacing Domenico Tedesco as head coach, Marco Rose has won one and lost one in the Bundesliga.
