BVB and Youssoufa Moukoko are struggling to agree on a contract extension due to salary and playing time demands, according to Bild.

Youssoufa Moukoko’s contract expires next summer and Dortmund are pushing to extend the 17-year-old. However, BVB are only willing to offer a €4 million salary, while Moukoko’s camp want €6 million per year.
An offer has been on the table for months, but the forward wants to be guaranteed “significantly more playing time”, according to Bild. It’s unclear if an agreement will be reached anytime soon, as Moukoko will any need to see how the club decide to move forward with fellow strikers Anthony Modeste and Sebastien Haller.
What BVB do have going in their favor is that Moukoko is a huge fan of Edin Terzic, who’s not afraid to give youngsters opportunities.
