La Liga giants Real Madrid saw three first-team players shown red cards en route to defeat at the hands of Celta Vigo this evening.
The first two came on the pitch, during the 2nd-half.
On their way to a damaging 2-0 loss, Real Madrid first saw Fran García shown a pair of quickfire yellow cards shortly after the hour mark.
This was followed by defensive partner Álvaro Carreras being dismissed deep into injury-time.
And as revealed by club insider Arancha Rodriguez of COPE, a third red card was shown following the full-time whistle.
Endrick was the recipient of as much, with all three Blancos stars facing up to incoming suspensions as a result.
Real Madrid’s latest defeat on Sunday means they have now managed just a solitary win from the club’s last five La Liga fixtures.
Xabi Alonso’s troops, in turn, have fallen a full four points adrift of table-topping Barcelona.
