Nico Schlotterbeck has reflected on his first few months as a Borussia Dortmund player.
The German international, who moved to Signal Iduna Park from Freiburg during the summer, told Borussia Dortmund’s official website:

“I am fully convinced that moving to BVB was the right decision. So far, I’ve felt the trust from the team and the coach here as well.

“To be honest, I imagined the start in Dortmund to be more difficult. First of all, I wanted to play because there is quite a bit of competition at the back with Mats [Hummels] and ‘Niki’ [Süle]. We push each other up. That’s good for us. All in all, I’m happy with the start of the season.”
