In addition to Leon Goretzka and Manuel Neuer, Julian Brandt has left the Germany camp in Frankfurt today.
The German Football Association has confirmed that the reason is a flu-like infection and that, unlike Neuer and Goretzka, Brandt tested negative for COVID-19.
So far, Hoffenheim goalkeeper Oliver Baumann and Wolfsburg midfielder Maximilian Arnold have been called up as replacements.
