What Cars Real Madrid Players Have Chosen to Drive for 2025-26 Season

At Real Madrid, players are swept away into a world of opulence and glory, both on and off the pitch. They are launched into a realm of extraordinary wealth that few can truly fathom. Endorsements from global brands, lavish contracts, and the adoration of millions intertwine to craft a lifestyle that sparkles as brightly as the trophies adorning the club’s storied cabinet.

The allure of playing for the most successful club in Europe brings not only unparalleled prestige but a life drenched in luxury, and no better is Los Blancos’ star’s plush existence better showcased than by the cars they drive. The Spanish heavyweights have partnered with BMW since July 2022, a collaboration that grants players a choice of vehicles manufactured by the German multinational.

And now, BMWBlog have revealed which four-wheeled vehicles each first-team player will be driving this year. Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe were among those who received their new BMWs at a handover event held at the club’s Valdebebas training complex.

Mbappe & Vinicius Among Those Loving BMW i7

Kylian Mbappe has added the all-electric BMW i7 to his collection of supercars, although the French forward doesn’t have a license to start cruising the streets. This is the most popular model among Xabi Alonso’s squad, and the Spanish coach has himself opted for the i7 this season.

The in-form Frenchman already has a £400,000 Ferrari Hybrid SF90 and a £230,000 Cadillac Escalade in his garage. Quite the fleet that are as easy on the eye as his performances have been at the Bernabeu.

Other members of Madrid’s squad who were swept away by the combination of “innovation, comfort and long-range capability” include Vinicius Junior, Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao, Antonio Rudiger, Endrick, Arda Guler, Rodri and Marco Asensio. They are experiencing fifth-generation BMW eDrive technology, which is ideal for long-distance travelling.

Madrid has sped to the top of La Liga, and those who opted for the i7 M70 xDrive, approximately valued at least £ 164,000, can reach 660 horsepower (485 kW) on the streets of the Spanish capital. This model also offers up to 625 kilometres (WLTP) of range thanks to its 101.7-kWh battery, the kind of power Alonso will want from his troops throughout the season.

Bellingham Sticks With The Bold BMW XM

Jude Bellingham has continued to favour the sleek BMW XM, joining a total of six stars choosing the first standalone model since the BMW M1. Thibaut Courtois, Rodrygo, Ferland Mendy and former Bournemouth centre-back Dean Huijsen were also enticed by the XM which has a starting price of over £156,000.

This is one of the most exclusive models in the Madrid fleet, boasting a “high-performance exterior design” and capable of travelling “up to 88 kilometres in 100% electric mode”. Bellingham will be keen to reach a similar output level after recovering from shoulder surgery.

Trent Looked Elsewhere in the BMW Catalogue

Among other notable choices, former Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold selected the iX xDrive60, BMW’s all-electric SUV with more than 500 kilometers of range and pushes out 554 horsepower. The England international was reportedly forced to give up driving his treasured £130,000 Range Rover to training because of a BMW collaboration, per El Motor.

Camavinga is another fan of the xDrive60, while Argentine newcomer Mastantuono selected the compact i4 M60 Gran Coupe. There are 80 electric chargers at the Valdebebas training complex but backup goalkeeper Andriy Lunin won’t require them because he is the only member of Alonso’s squad to opt for the only petrol-powered car on offer, the BMW M5 Sedan.

Real Madrid Player Wages

Their cars may be expensive, but their salaries are through the roof

Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappe celebrates with arms outstretched

Real Madrid’s players were all gifted their latest cars. Alright for some, eh? But even if they were forced to cough up, their extravagant car choices are well accounted for by their astronomical weekly wages. The best evidence of this is through Mbappe who, after making the well-awaited switch from PSG last summer, was instantly handed a contract worthy of placing him on the list of highest paid footballers.

The World Cup-winning forward is on £518,137 a week. In turn, this means the talismanic Frenchman will earn a whopping £26,615,924 every year for the entirety of his five-year contract. But it isn’t just through him that the Madrid giants are racking up a high wage bill each week. See the full breakdown of wages below:
