Yvandro Borges Sanches (18) has been promoted from Borussia Mönchengladbach’s youth team and signed his first professional contract with the club.
The exciting winger was involved in 11 goals from 19 games for Gladbach under 19s this season. Alongside this, Borges Sanches has played eight times for Luxembourg, scoring one goal for his country.
The offensive player has sign a long-term contract at Gladbach and may make his debut for the first team in the coming season.
The club’s sporting director Roland Virkus said: Yvandro has made a great development and has matured with us to become a Luxembourg national team player. He is incredibly talented, fast and strong in one-on-ones. We still see great development potential in him and are therefore pleased that he will follow our path in the years to come.”
