Bild reports that Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jobe Bellingham’s father is still unhappy with his son’s playing time.
Back in August, following Dortmund’s 3-3 draw with St.Pauli, Bellingham snr had walked into the club’s changing room to express his views on his son’s playing time in the opener.
It resulted in a ban for family members and advisors in die Schwarzgelben’s changing room.
Things have still not changed, and Jobe’s father is reportedly continuing to pursue head coach Niko Kovac over his son’s playing time.
There is nothing wrong with the youngest Bellingham’s training at the Brackel training ground, but he seemingly can’t break into the midfield positions behind Felix Nmecha and the likes of Pascal Groß and Marcel Sabitzer. While in attack, head coach Kovac prefers to play with Maximilian Beier and Karim Adeyemi alongside Serhou Guirassy.
Since joining from Sunderland in the summer for €30m, Jobe has only made three starts from eight games in all competitions. The 20-year-old is yet to score or assist this season.
