Raphael Guerreiro is set for a spell on the sidelines after sustaining an injury in Bayern Munich’s 5-0 win over Hamburger SV on Saturday.
The German champions confirmed on Monday that the 31-year-old “suffered a slight injury to his stomach muscles.”
As a result, Guerreiro will miss Bayern’s Champions League clash with Chelsea on Wednesday.
He came on at half-time against HSV but was forced off later in the second half.
The Portugal international has made one start for Bayern so far this season and has come off the bench on three occasions.
