The Rhinelanders are keeping tabs on the Japanese youngster plying his trade in Sweden.
According to Swedish journalist Daniel Kristoffersson, Bayer Leverkusen have taken an interest in Keita Kosugi.
However, Leverkusen are not alone – OGC Nice, Atalanta and a number of other clubs have been scouting the Djurgårdens defender.
The Swedish side, aware of the interest from around Europe, is reportedly demanding a fee of €9million for the 19-year-old left-back.
Ultimately, Djurgårdens would prefer to keep him at least until the end of the season and maybe even until next summer.
Last campaign, the Japanese youngster made 19 appearances in the Allsvenskan, during which he supplied 2 assists.
