A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid is expected to spend the next two to three months on the sidelines.
That’s according to Marca, who point towards Endrick as the player in question.
Frontman Endrick, for his part, was dealt a fresh setback on the fitness front earlier this month.
In the final stages of his recovery from a muscular injury suffered back in May, the Brazilian international suffered a relapse during training.
Endrick, as a result, was forced to sit out the entirety of Real Madrid’s Club World Cup campaign.
And if the latest word stemming from the Spanish media this week is anything to go by, then Xabi Alonso should not expect to have the 19-year-old back at his disposal any time soon…
As per a report from Marca:
‘He likely won’t be able to fully return to playing for another eight to ten weeks, depending on his progress.’
