Die Adler can rely on the German international’s expertise for a while yet.
Robin Koch has extended his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt until 2030, according to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg.
The official announcement from the Hessen club is expected later this afternoon after all details of the deal have been fully agreed.
Koch will become a top earner at Frankfurt who see him as a future captain. The 28-year-old centre-back will continue to be a key player for Dino Toppmöller.
The German received enquiries from Dortmund, Leverkusen and Leipzig. However, reaching the Champions League with Frankfurt was the decisive factor for him.
Initially arriving on loan in 2023, Koch went on to sign permanently for Die Adler whom he has made over 60 appearances for to date.
