Effzeh are on the hunt for a new manager to fill the dugout in the 2025-26 Bundesliga season.
Sky Germany remain confident that Lukas Kwasniok is the favourite for the FC Köln job despite no agreement reached yet.
The bosses at newly promoted Effzeh are working on preparing an offer to Kwasniok’s current employers SC Paderborn.
With Kwasniok’s current deal running until 2026, Köln would have to cough up a fee of around €1-1.5million.
The 43-year-old almost guided Paderborn to a 2.Bundesliga promotion spot but ultimately had to settle for fourth place.
