As RB Leipzig look for lateral re-stocks within the Red Bull system, German footballing magazine Kicker reports that the DFB Pokal Champions are preparing offers for Rasmus Kristensen and Nicolas Seiwald, both of RB Salzburg.
The two players are apparently viewed as serviceable replacements for the potentially soon-t-0depart Konrad Laimer and Nordi Mukiele.

With the future footballing plans of Konrad Laimer and Nordi Mukiele up in the air this summer, RB Leipzig are reportedly planning offers to ply a pair of players away from their sister club RB Salzburg. German footballing magazine Kicker claims that Danish right-back Rasmus Kristensen and Austrian central midfielder Nicolas Seiwald are the two targets.
Kristensen, who has also attracted interest from London Premiership side Brentford F.C., is currently estimated to be worth €15 million. The four-times-capped Danish international scored seven goals and contributed three assists for Salzburg in the league, also recording assists in the ÖFB Cup and Champions’ League.
Kicker claims that the German Red Bulls are preparing a concrete offer for the 24-year-old, who is seen internally as the perfect replacement for Mukiele. The 21-year-old Austrian international Seiwald is considered an apt re-stock for his fellow compatriot Laimer. Seiwald retains a market value of €20 million after tallying once and supplying ten assists in 46 appearances for Salzburg across all competitions this year.
