Serie A side Roma are considering selling Artem Dovbyk during the summer transfer window due to underwhelming performances.
According to a report by Daniele Longo, Roma feel a need to offload Artem Dovbyk from their ranks this summer as the player has failed to impress in his debut season with the club. The LaLiga top scorer from last season arrived on a €30.5 million transfer last summer and he could not hit the ground running at Roma.
Claudio Ranieri still has faith in the striker but Dovbyk must respond positively during the final stretch of the season to avoid getting transfer listed ahead of the window.
The Giallorossi are planning to reshuffle their squad as they will have to bring in a new manager soon, and the Ukrainian will hope to end the campaign on Ranieri’s good side as his suggestions will go a long way in Roma’s future squad-making.
