Karlheinz Wild of German footballing magazine Kicker claims that Serie A club FC Bologna are the latest club to inquire about Bayern striker Joshua Zirzkee.

Joshua Zirkzee, sitting on an expiring contract with no real talks of renewal taking place, remains one of the German football names almost certain to be on the move before the transfer deadline closes next Thursday. Senior editor at German footballing magazine Kicker Karlheinz Wild claims that Bayern’s negotiations with RSC Anderlecht have stalled.
According to Wild, the Belgian club is not offering sufficient money to complete the permanent transfer. In an article published on the magazine’s website Wednesday afternoon, Wild claims that Serie A side have both the will and the financial resources to make the deal happen.
Zirzkzee, who did excel in the Jupiler Pro League last season, does have a little Serie A experience after spending half a season on loan at Parma Calcio in 2021. The 21-year-old Dutch youth international nevertheless wasn’t used much during Parma’s relegation campaign, making just four appearances.
