PSG want to sign Carlos Soler from Valencia if they cannot find an agreement over the transfer of Fabián Ruiz, report Marca.
Earlier this month it was communicated that PSG are keen to sign Ruiz from Napoli and have submitted a bid worth €25 million plus variables for the Spaniard. However, despite the 26-year-old’s contract expiring at the end of the season, the Italians are sticking firmly to their €30 million asking price.
The Parisians have thus shifted their attention to Soler. The Valencia captain’s contract is expiring in June 2023 and has no intention of extending his stay at the Mestalla. The 25-year-old’s agents even offered him to Real Madrid as he would be available to sign for them on a free transfer.
Even though PSG are yet to make an offer for Soler, Valencia would be interested in offloading the midfielder during this transfer window so that they can receive a fee a for his departure.
