Sky Germany reports that Bayer Leverkusen are open to letting Victor Boniface leave this month with clubs from Saudi Arabia and the Premier League showing interest.
After the failed attempt to bring Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez to Saudi Arabia, several clubs are said to be interested in Boniface as the second option if they cannot convince Nunez to move before deadline day.
Leverkusen are aware of the interest in Boniface from the Arabian peninsula and England. Die Werkself do not consider Boniface unsellable but will demand €50m from the buying club.
The Nigerian is currently on the way back from a thigh injury that he picked up during the November international break. Boniface was in great form before his injury however since then, he has lost his place to Patrik Schick who is looking back to his best.
The injuries to Amine Adli and Martin Terrier may make Leverkusen reluctant to sell Boniface unless they have several replacements lined up.
