The fee is just under $6 million, sources add. Kelsy, 20, will join as a U-22 initiative player. The Brazilian forward scored six goals in 23 appearances with FC Cincinnati

in exchange for up to $250,000 in GAM — $175,000 guaranteed, $75,000 conditional.

Owusu, 28, scored 12 goals in 45 appearances for TFC since arriving from his native Germany in 2023.

Whitecaps Transfer Caicedo to Colombia

Driussi Pushing For Move to Argentina

forward Sebastian Driussi did not show up on Saturday for the club’s mandatory physical at the start of preseason as he tries to force a move to River Plate, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

Austin have made it clear to Driussi he will not move unless an agreement is reached with River Plate and Austin have a suitable replacement lined up, sources add. The club and league have begun disciplinary measures against Driussi in line with missing mandatory events.

Driussi wishes to leave Austin and return to River Plate, but there is not yet an agreement between the clubs. Austin aren’t opposed to an exit but only at the right price and if they feel good about a potential replacement.

Argentinian rival Estudiantes will meet Austin FC’s asking price for forward Sebastian Driussi, trying to beat River Plate to the signing, sources tell GIVEMESPORT. Estudiantes are now working on personal terms with Driussi.

Atlanta Going After Big-Money Signings

Atlanta have launched an official bid north of $18 million for Latte Lath, with add-ons that put it in the range of $20 million, sources say. Boro are deciding whether or not to accept. That would be a new league-record transfer.

Latte Lath, 26, is a star for Boro and made his Ivory Coast international debut this summer. He joined the English club in the summer of 2023 from Atalanta
. Latte Lath has 26 goals in 56 appearances (3,671 minutes) since arriving.

Edouard, 26, is currently on loan at Leicester City
but has struggled for playing time this season. He was a product of PSG’s academy then starred at Celtic FC
before heading to England. Palace signed the forward for a fee around $18 million. He scored at least five goals in each of his three Premier League seasons with the club, including seven goals in 1,555 minutes last year.

Charlotte Trading for Williamson

, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

Portland will receive a package of general allocation money (GAM) for Williamson, in the region of $100,000 GAM up front plus potentially further GAM in add-ons, sources say.

Williamson, 27, made 112 appearances with the Timbers after signing his first professional contract with the club in 2018. He starred at the University of Maryland. He has six caps with the U.S. national team.

The attack-minded central midfielder appeared in 32 matches across all competitions for the Timbers last season.

Dallas Exercises Purchase Option on Delgado

Delgado, 21, tallied four goals and three assists in 23 MLS appearances on loan with Dallas last season.

, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

RSL will receive $1.5 million in GAM and an international spot in exchange, sources say.

Arango, 29, was in MVP form to start the 2024 MLS season, scoring 16 goals between February and June. However, the Colombian forward would only score one goal over his last eight regular season games — and none in two playoff games — to end the campaign with an impressive 17 goals and 12 assists.

Arango has two caps with the Colombian senior national team, making his debut in November 2021 in a World Cup Qualifier against Paraguay.

Nashville Adds GK Depth

have signed goalkeeper Xavier Valdez to a contract through 2025, with options for 2026 and 2027.

Valdez, 21, featured for Houston Dynamo 2 in MLS Next Pro between 2022 and 2024, posting eight clean sheets in 50 appearances. The Dominican Republic international has been capped 11 times by his national team.

DC Signs South Korean Keeper

have acquired goalkeeper Kim Joon Hong from South Korean club Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC, signing the 21-year-old to a contract through 2027, with an option for 2028.

Joon Hong kept 15 clean sheets in 34 appearances in the K League 1. He has yet to make an appearance with the South Korea senior national team, despite being named to the bench on eight occasions.

TFC Finalizing Deal For Canadian International

Granada Digital first reported the signing was close. The deal is a one-year loan with a purchase option set at $1 million, sources say.

Corbeanu, 22, has seven caps with the Canadian national team. He previously spent time in Toronto’s academy before departing for the youth system at Wolverhampton Wanderers
. He went on a series of loans from Wolves before being signed by Granada last winter.

During his time in Spain, Corbeanu has made 22 appearances — nine in La Liga last year, 10 in La Liga 2 this season, as well as three Copa del Rey appearances.

Fire Bid for French Winger

Perrin, 28, has spent his whole career in France. He has five goals and four assists in 1,100 Ligue 1 minutes this season, and had seven goals and 10 assists in Ligue 2 last season.

Atlanta Signs Japanese Forward

Togashi, 31, has spent his entire career in Japan, scoring 49 goals across 283 appearances with six different clubs.

Nashville Makes Pair of Cuts

Leal, 27, joined Nashville ahead of their inaugural season in 2020 and made 117 appearances in all competitions, tallying 17 goals and 21 assists.

Panicco, 28, was the 13th overall pick of the 2020 MLS SuperDraft and made 23 appearances for Nashville, keeping nine sheets.

Carrasquilla Nearing Liga MX Move

A Liga MX club is in advanced talks to sign Panamanian international midfielder Coco Carrasquilla from the Houston Dynamo
, sources tell GIVEMSPORT.

Carrasquilla, 26, has excelled in Houston since joining the club in 2021. Houston have long braced for an exit, though expected offers from Europe never came. Now, Carrasquilla could head to Mexico.

The central midfielder made 116 appearances for Houston. Carrasquilla was integral to Houston’s success the last two years, his technical quality and versatility a key ingredient to their possession-based game model under Ben Olsen.

Portland Secure Ecuadorian Midfielder

are finalizing a deal to sign Ecuador international midfielder Joao Ortiz from Independiente del Valle, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

The deal will be around $1.5 million, sources add. He will hit the salary cap as a TAM signing. Johanna Calderon first reported.

Ortiz, 28, has nine caps with Ecuador. He has spent the majority of his career in his native country, representing a few clubs but has made the most appearances for Independiente. He won the Copa Sudamericana with the club.

Crew Pick Up Lappalainen

have signed winger Lassi Lappalainen to a contract through 2025, with an option for 2026. The 26-year-old Finland international spent the last six seasons with CF Montreal
, tallying 15 goals and 15 assists in 99 regular-season appearances.

Lappalainen will be reunited with Crew head coach Wilfried Nancy, who led Montreal to a club-record 65 points in 2022.

Nashville Signs Another Honduran Midfielder

Nashville SC have signed midfielder Bryan Acosta through 2025, with an option for 2026. Acosta, 31, joins Nashville from Honduran side Real CD EspaƱa, and will play for his fourth MLS club, after spending time with FC Dallas (2019-2021), Colorado Rapids (2022-2023) and Portland Timbers (2023).

Acosta has two goals in 69 caps for the Honduras national team.

Uronen Off to Sweden

for around $10 million, sources tell GIVEMESPORT. Dallas is still deciding whether to accept or reject, per sources.

Velasco, 22, signed a new contract extension just last month. The Argentinian midfielder played only eight games in 2024 after recovering from a serious knee injury, scoring two goals and tallying two assists.

MontrƩal Acquires DP Striker

have acquired forward Giacomo Vrioni from the New England Revolution
, sources tell GIVEMESPORT. The deal was first reported by Seth Macomber.

Montreal is sending the Revs $50,000 in GAM, while New England will hold a portion of Vrioni’s 2025 salary and retain a sell-on percentage.

Vrioni will no longer occupy a designated player spot for the Revs. The 26-year-old attacker had his best season in MLS last year with 12 goals and three assists in just over 2,500 minutes across all competitions. He joined New England in 2023 from Juventus
as a DP.

The center forward has six caps with the Albanian national team.

San Diego Adds Defensive Depth

have signed defender Franco Negri to a contract through 2025, with an option for 2026. San Diego picked Negri in Stage 2 of the 2024 Re-Entry Draft last month.

The 29-year-old spent the last two seasons with Inter Miami CF
, posting two goals and three assists in 32 games across all competitions.

San Diego Trades for Winger

Austin Seals Vazquez Move

are finalizing a club-record deal to sign U.S. national team forward Brandon Vazquez from CF Monterrey. Austin will pay a club-record fee in the region of $10 million for Vazquez, sources say. The deal will make Vazquez one of Austin’s designated players.

Vazquez, 26, has 14 goals with Monterrey over his first year with the club. Rayados fell in the Liga MX apertura final to Club America over the first half of this season.

He has 11 caps with the U.S. national team.

Before heading to Mexico, Vazquez had 28 goals and 12 assists across his last two MLS seasons with FC Cincinnati
, where he broke out as a star in the league. Monterrey paid a fee around $7.5 million for Vazquez to Cincinnati last winter.

Galaxy Bring in Danish Center-Back

Neal has signed a new contract with MontrĆ©al through 2027, with an option for 2028, and will occupy a U22 Initiative slot. Neal’s previous contract was set to expire next winter. The Galaxy will retain a sell-on clause.

RSL Forward Returns to England

The Danish international has made nearly 30 appearances across the UEFA Champions League

Revs Recall Buck From England

San Diego Poaches Young Talent From Philly

have acquired 16-year-old forward Anisse Saidi from Philadelphia Union
in exchange for up to $350,000 in GAM.

Philadelphia will receive $100,000 in GAM split between the next two seasons, and could receive an additional $250,000 in conditional GAM. The Union will also retain both a trade percentage and a sell-on percentage for any futures moves involving Saidi.

Saidi has signed a homegrown contract through 2028, with an option for 2029. The Tunisia youth international made his professional debut last season with MLS NEXT Pro side Philadelphia Union II.

Club America Reject Zendejas Bid

for U.S. international winger Alejandro Zendejas, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

Zendejas, 26, is a key player on a hugely successful America side that has won three consecutive Mexican league titles. He has four goals and five assists across 19 appearances (1,455 minutes) so far this season.

The winger has 11 caps with the USMNT and has been called into each of the first two camps under new manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Montreal Signs Veteran Midfielder

have signed midfielder Fabian Herbers to a contract through 2026. The 31-year-old was a free agent after spending the last five seasons with the Chicago Fire.

The German midfielder has tallied 19 goals and 24 assists in 205 regular-season MLS appearances since being selected sixth overall by the Philadelphia Union in the 2016 SuperDraft.

Charlotte Bringing Back Biel

The new deal is structured in a way which Biel won’t be a designated player, sources add. The deal is agreed and Biel will head to Charlotte.

Biel, 28, joined Charlotte in August on a short-term loan deal. The player impressed in his short time in America, with two goals and three assists in nine appearances.

Fire Sell Salquist to Danish Club

have sold defender Tobias Salquist to Danish first-division side FC Nordsjaelland. Salquist, 29, spent one season with Chicago after arriving in January from Silkeborg IF.

The Danish center-back registered one assist in 16 appearances this past season.

Revs Bolster Attack

have signed Costa Rican winger Luis Diaz to a contract through 2025, with options for 2026 and 2027.

Diaz, 26, was a free agent, last playing for Costa Rican side Deportivo Saprissa. Diaz previously spent five seasons in MLS from 2019 to 2023, tallying six goals and 14 assists in 86 appearances between Columbus Crew and Colorado Rapids.

Diaz won MLS Cup 2020 with the Crew, under current Revolution manager Caleb Porter.

NYCFC Loan Midfielder to Bundesliga Club

are loaning midfielder James Sands to German side FC St. Pauli through June 2025, with the possibility of extending the loan through the 2025-26 season.

Sands, 24, spent the 2022-23 season on loan in Scotland, making 41 appearances for Rangers FC. The US international signed a contract with NYCFC through 2028 after returning to North America. The New York native was the club’s first-ever homegrown signing in 2017, and has gone on to make 143 appearances in all competitions for the Pigeons.

Austin FC Signs Former LAFC Captain

have signed free agent midfielder Ilie Sanchez through 2025, with an option for 2026.

Sanchez, 34, spent the last three seasons with Los Angeles FC
, winning the Supporters’ Shield and MLS Cup double in 2022, while also lifting the 2024 US Open Cup.

The Spanish-American midfielder is a nine-year MLS veteran, spending the first five seasons of his career with Sporting Kansas City
. He has tallied 10 goals and 18 assists in 242 regular-season appearances.

The Seattle Sounders have reached an agreement on a blockbuster deal to acquire U.S. international forward Jesus Ferreira in a trade with FC Dallas, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

Dallas will receive $2 million GAM, a 2025 international roster spot and winger Leo Chu in exchange for Ferreira, sources add. Dallas could receive further performance-based add-ons.

During his time in Dallas, Ferreira accrued 53 goals and 34 assists in 163 appearances. He had five goals and six assists in an injury-riddled 2024 season where he was limited to just 1,324 minutes. He is two years removed from a career-best 2022 season in which he had 18 goals and six assists.

Ferreira has 15 goals in 23 caps for the USMNT and was part of his country’s squad at the 2022 World Cup.

Sources add the deal will not open a designated player spot for D.C. United, who will retain a large portion of Klich’s cap hit. Klich will not occupy a DP spot for Atlanta.

Miami is retaining a sell-on percentage and could receive up to $750,000 in conditional GAM if certain incentives are met.

Campana, 24, joined the Herons in 2022, scoring 32 goals and eight assists in 100 total appearances in South Florida. The Ecuadorian international was an integral part of the Miami squads that won the 2024 Supporters’ Shield and Leagues Cup 2023 titles. Campana tallied eight goals and three assists in 28 appearances — including 14 starts — in 2024.

Nashville Acquires MLS Cup MVP

The 29-year-old spent eight seasons with the San Jose Earthquakes after being selected sixth overall in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft. Yueill has scored 13 goals and dished 19 assists in 210 regular-season appearances. The UCLA alum has 16 caps with the United States men’s national team, winning the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup and 2019-20 Concacaf Nations League.

Yueill was one of the top free agents on GIVEMESPORT’s list ahead of the offseason.

A deal to sign Torres has been a rollercoaster in the last week, with Palmeiras initially agreeing a fee with Orlando before Cruz Azul attempted to convince the player to come to Mexico. Orlando’s stance the whole time was that they agreed terms with Palmeiras, and as far as they were concerend, that was the only deal they were focused on.

The New England Revolution have signed Mali international center-back Mamadou Fofana from Ligue 2 club Amiens SC, sources tell GIVEMESPORT. L’Equipe first reported the deal. Sources add the fee is around $1.7 million.

Fofana, 26, has been a consistent starter for Amiens in his three-and-a-half seasons with the club, making 121 appearances. He’s also spent time with Metz FC in Ligue 1, as well as a spell in Turkey with Alanyaspor and Bandirmaspor.

The defender has 42 caps with Mali, having started each of his country’s six Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers this year.

New York are finalizing a deal to sign Polish youth international forward Wiktor Bogacz from Miedz Legnica, sources tell GIVEMESPORT. Bogacz will hit the roster as a U-22 initiative signing. Piotr Kozminski first reported the agreement.

Additionally, the Red Bulls are in discussions to sign Chile international left back Marcelo Morales from Club Universidad de Chile, sources tell GIVEMESPORT. TNT Sports Chile first reported the talks.

Bogacz, 20, has three goals and two assists in Polish second division action this season. Morales, 21, has already made 110 appearances for Universitad de Chile, and has two caps with the national team.

Cincinnati Pull Off MLS-Record Signing for Striker

FC Cincinnati have completed a league-record deal to sign forward Kevin Denkey from Cercle Brugge KSV
, sources tell GIVEMESPORT.

The fee will be $16.2 million, eclipsing the $16 million fee Atlanta United
paid to sign Thiago Almada in 2022. The deal was first revealed by GIVEMESPORT on November 9.

Denkey, 23, broke onto the scene with an outstanding 2023-24 campaign in which he scored 28 goals in 39 appearances across all competitions.

The Togo international has eight goals in 34 caps for his country.
