Konrad Laimer could miss Bayern Munich’s final Bundesliga match of 2024 against RB Leipzig on Friday night.
According to Bild, the Austria international was absent from Bayern’s final training session on Thursday due to the impending birth of his first child. It is therefore doubtful if he will be involved on Friday.
Serge Gnabry, who recently returned to full training after a spell on the sidelines, was also absent from Thursday’s session.
If Laimer misses out, Alphonso Davies could start in his place if he’s deemed fit enough after returning to training from injury, with the versatile Leon Goretzka an alternative.
Kick-off is at 20:30 CET on Friday.
