In a recent report, The Telegraph mentioned that Newcastle United are eyeing a move for Bayer 04 Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby this summer. It has been revealed that the Magpies are planning to move in for the French wide player during this summer transfer window.

Diaby has proven his worth as a productive winger in Germany as he has been responsible for putting in several match-winning performances on the left side of Leverkusen’s attack. The 22-year-old has made 42 appearances for the German outfit this season, netting 17 goals and picking up 14 assists across all fronts.

The promising winger has been a consistent performer in the final third based on his average of 1.7 tackles, 1.9 key passes and 1.8 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga.
