Nottingham Forest have reportedly made an inquiry about a loan move for Mathys Tel in January.
With Mathys Tel having been limited to just 224 minutes of football in all competitions this season, there has been speculation that he could leave Bayern Munich on loan in January.
According to Sky Germany, Nottingham Forest recently contacted the player’s management to inquire about a possible loan move to England in January.
However, the Premier League outfit were rebuffed, with the player’s camp stating that a winter exit is not on the cards at the moment.
Bundesliga sides Augsburg, Werder Bremen and Borussia Mönchengladbach have also been linked with a move for the 19-year-old.
Tel hasn’t scored for Bayern so far this season. In total, he has found the net 16 times in 76 matches for the Bavarians.
