Per Sky Germany, Gladbach have agreed personal terms with Croatian striker Dion Beljo and are heavily linked to bring in Julian Weigl on loan.

With the future of Marcus Thuram up in the air, Gladbach are working hard to resolidify their attacking options. The club have agreed personal terms with NK Osijek striker Dion Beljo.
However, valuations aren’t even close at the moment with Gladbach offering €3.5 million for Beljo’s services, while the Croatian club want €10 million. The 20-year-old’s contract expires in 2025.
New coach Daniel Farke has Benfica’s Julian Weigl at the top of his transfer list. The former Dortmund defensive midfielder seems too expensive for Gladbach’s budget, but a loan move presents a strong possibility. They are currently competing with several top European clubs for the 26-year-old.
