The forward would prefer a move to Real Madrid, but Atletico have also entered the race for the 17-year-old. Iker Bravo is a former Barcelona academy player who moved to Germany in 2021 on a free transfer. The Spaniard has made one appearance in the Bundesliga, as his development mostly continues in Leverkusen’s youth teams.

During his time at Leverkusen, Bravo has reportedly struggled adapting to his new surroundings. This includes having difficulties with a host family, trashing a hotel room and being involved in scuffles during training.

Leverkusen are looking to send Bravo back to Spain on loan with a purchase option. Manager Gerardo Seoane would prefer to keep the attacker, but a move away is likely. The deal is stalling, as finding an agreement on the purchase option is proving difficult.
