Leon Goretzka has returned to light individual training and running sessions in his return from left knee surgery. With his recovery timeline, expect the 27-year-old to return to the lineup in mid-September barring any hiccups. Goretzka struggled through hip problems to miss 16 games last season, but no surgery was necessary.
