Filip Kostic’s imminent departure to Juventus has apparently not come as a surprise to Eintracht Frankfurt.
According to Kicker, Eintracht board member for sport Markus Krösche has been looking at possible alternatives to Kostic for a while.
Ideally, the Bundesliga outfit could announce the replacement for the Serbian wide man before Saturday’s game at Hertha BSC, per the German football publication.
Kicker doesn’t mention any specific names, but Bild claims that FK Bodø/Glimt’s Ola Solbakken is the leading candidate to replace Kostic.
It has also been reported that Eintracht are closing in on versatile Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Junior Dina Ebimbe.
