On-loan Barcelona starlet Vitor Roque on Saturday made clear his appreciation for new club Real Betis.
As much comes after the young frontman opened his account in the colours of the Verdiblancos.
Betis marked their return to action a short time ago, locking horns with Leganés in the opening fixture of the La Liga weekend.
When all was said and done, Manuel Pellegrini’s troops emerged on the right side of a 2-0 result, to secure their first three-point haul of the campaign.
And, as alluded to above, amongst the goals on the night was that man Vitor Roque.
In just his 2nd appearance since swapping Barcelona for Betis during the summer, the 19-year-old, after being introduced off the bench, rounded out the game’s scoring five minutes from time.
The relief was immediately evident on Roque’s face, after what proved something of a nightmare six-month stint in Catalunya’s capital.
And the Brazilian international wasted little time in endearing himself to supporters of his new club, kissing the Real Betis badge, as showcased in the footage below:
