FC Barcelona have reportedly made an approach for Mohamed Simakan.
Sky Germany reports that FC Barcelona are investigating the possibility of signing Mohamed Simakan.
The La Liga giants are said to have made contact with the centre-back’s agent.
However, Simakan’s price tag is a stumbling block, with Barcelona in financial trouble and Leipzig reportedly demanding around €50 million.
Alongside Barcelona, Liverpool and Atletico Madrid have also been linked with the Frenchman.
Simakan’s contract with Leipzig runs until 2027.
