Serie A giants Milan have now reached an agreement with Salzburg for the potential signing for defender Strahinja Pavlovic.
Daniele Longo has reported a key update on the situation of Pavlovic, stating that there is a basic agreement between Milan and Salzburg and the fee is at €18 million to €19 million. Only the final bonuses would have to be sorted out before the deal goes through.
The definition of the move is quite imminent, with a five-year deal already in place for the Serbian and he will earn €1.5 million per season. Once the details are sorted out, Milan will make sure that the entire process gets wrapped up soon and then they make sure that the player arrives for his medical.
Milan are now waiting for the offer from Newcastle United for Malick Thiaw and Strahinja is seen as a replacement for the German. The Magpies are yet to come forward for the player.
