With Iliman Ndiaye having already left and with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang seemingly on the way out, Olympique de Marseille are looking to reinforce their forward line this summer.
Marseille are looking at multiple targets. The French club have held talks with Manchester United regarding the signing of Mason Greenwood. Talks with the Premier League side have been advancing, however, after the mayor of Marseille publically opposed the signing of the Englishman, it remains to see if that transfer will go through.
As reported by Foot Mercato, OM are also in talks with Arsenal regarding the signing of England international Eddie Nketiah, however, a deal to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Hee-chan Hwang currently looks more advanced.
According to Foot Mercato, talks between Les Phocéens and Wolves are ongoing after an opening offer of €20m was rejected by the latter. In the meantime, the South Korea international has already agreed terms with Marseille ahead of the prospective move. Hwang is keen on the transfer.
