Another trio of up-and-coming members of the youth ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona were afforded the chance to impress in first-team training on Friday.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who have provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.
The last couple of weeks have seen a whole host of breakthrough young talents promoted to senior duties at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
As much comes for a pair of key reasons – the lack of options at the disposal of Hansi Flick during the international break, and to afford the youngsters in question an idea of what football at first-team level is truly like.
On Thursday, two La Masia starlets were called up, in Guille Fernández, and Alexis Olmedo.
And, 24 hours on, another trio have followed suit.
As per a report from the aforementioned Sport:
‘Flick has rotated the young players from the reserve team again and this time Diego Kochen, Unai Hernández and Andrés Cuenca have participated.’
