Sky Germany reports that Wolfsburg have reached a verbal agreement with Club Brugge winger Andreas Skov Olsen over a transfer.
Negotiations are expected to take place soon with the Belgian side over a transfer this month. Club Brugge are expected to demand around €10-15m for the Denmark international. Skov Olsen would be expected to sign a contract at Wolfsburg until 2029.
The 25-year-old will likely be Wolfsburg’s replacement for Ridle Baku. Earlier this week, Baku moved to RB Leipzig for €4.5m as a replacement for the injured Benjamin Henrichs. Skov Olsen is less versatile than Baku but can play either on the right wing or as an attacking midfield option, this will add depth to a position at Wolfsburg were there is a lack of quality being shown as Patrick Wimmer and Tiago Tomas have both underwhelmed.
In 19 games in the Belgian Pro League this season, Skov Olsen has eight goals and four assists as Club Brugge currently sit second in the league behind a Thorsten Fink led Genk side.
