Fabrizio Romano reports that Rafael Borré could replace Niclas Füllkrug up front for Werder Bremen.

Werder Bremen have submitted a bit to sign Rafael Borré from Eintracht Frankfurt, according to Fabrizio Romano.

An overall agreement is said to be close, with a medical likely to follow soon.

Borré was said to be on his way to Valencia earlier this week, but Werder now appear to be in pole position to sign the striker.

The 27-year-old could strengthen the Green and Whites up front following the sale of Niclas Füllkrug to Borussia Dortmund.
