Like every other UEFA Europa Conference League participant, Eintracht Frankfurt are allowed to name three new players for the knockout stages of the tournament.

According to Bild, Eintracht coach Dino Toppmöller has opted to include new signings Sasa Kalajdzic and Hugo Ekitike, as well as left-back Philipp Max.

This means that Manchester United loanee Donny van de Beek has been overlooked.

Van de Beek was signed in January and has started three consecutive games for Eintracht, but watched from the bench in the club’s last outing, a 2-0 loss to FC Köln.
