Deniz Undav has been a revelation for VfB Stuttgart since joining on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion last summer, scoring 13 goals in 17 Bundesliga appearances for the high-flying Swabians, who are currently third in the Bundesliga.

In light of this, it’s no surprise that the in-form forward is open to staying beyond the summer.

“I can say that I feel completely at home at VfB. We are a unit, the fans are fantastic. A real team has grown together,” Undav told Sport Bild.

“I can definitely imagine staying here longer,” Undav said, but stressed:

“My focus right now is on the current season. Then we’ll see what happens.”

According to Bild, Stuttgart have a purchase option of €18 million.
