The 2025 
NFL season is already into Week 4, and many teams are already finding out where they stand in the league pecking order. Some franchises, like the 
Indianapolis Colts, have shocked many with their 3–0 records, while other squads, like the 
Houston Texans, are off to bitterly disappointing starts.
As the weeks pass, more and more teams and players will be under the microscope, especially up until the trade deadline. GIVEMESPORT has therefore compiled a ranking of the ten players facing the most pressure in Week 4.
We are ranking these players not only by how much they have to lose individually, but also by how their failure would impact their respective teams.

Kyle Hamilton
Kyle Hamilton is still one of the best defensive players in the NFL, but he is also the leader of a 
Baltimore Ravens‘ defense that has struggled mightily this season. This talented unit is giving up 32 points per game and ranked second last in passing yards allowed.
During this recent offseason, Hamilton signed a four-year, $100.4 million contract extension with Baltimore, making him the highest-paid safety in league history. The 24-year-old additionally recently commented on Ravens’ fans being spoiled by the team’s past success.
Going into a huge road clash against a struggling 
Kansas City Chiefs‘ offense, it would be wise for Hamilton and the Ravens’ defense to have a breakout game this Sunday, or else drastic moves might be on the horizon.

Wan’Dale Robinson
Wan’Dale Robinson looked like he was turning a corner in Week 2 against the 
Dallas Cowboys, but a 26-yard effort against the Kansas City Chiefs has 
New York Giants‘ fans questioning whether the fourth-year wideout is a long-term fit.
Jaxson Dart is replacing Russell Wilson at quarterback for this weekend’s matchup against the 
Los Angeles Chargers. Robinson needs to build chemistry with the rookie QB immediately, especially in the midst of a contract year.

Breece Hall
Breece Hall is in the last year of his rookie deal before he becomes an unrestricted free agent. The former second-round pick out of Iowa State has always shown flashes of being a Pro Bowl-caliber running back, but his consistency can waver.
It’s not all Hall’s fault, as he usually has had to deal with terrible offensive lines and uneven quarterback play. There’s a chance that the 24-year-old needs a change of scenery to get the most out of his potential.
But for Hall to stay with the 
New York Jets on a long-term deal or to earn a large contract extension, he needs to put up more than the 90 total yards he has over the past two weeks.
New York’s running back has a chance to do so against a vulnerable 
Miami Dolphins‘ defense.

Kayvon Thibodeaux
Kayvon Thibodeaux is heading into a club option year in 2026, but the New York Giants may consider trading their standout linebacker to give more playing time to rookie Abdul Carter.
Brian Burns certainly isn’t going anywhere for Big Blue as he continues his Pro Bowl form this season. The Giants are currently 0-3, and while Thibodeaux is performing decently, without a breakout performance soon, he might get swept up by a youth movement.

Romeo Doubs
With the injuries that the 
Green Bay Packers have at wide receiver, it’s Romeo Doubs‘ time to shine right now. And the fourth-year wideout is technically second on the NFC North powerhouse in receiving yards and touchdowns.
Unfortunately, Doubs’ numbers have been going down the past few weeks, and he could get buried on the depth chart very soon without a good performance against a weak Dallas Cowboys’ secondary.
Romeo has to seize this opportunity this weekend if he wants consistent reps down the stretch.

Geno Smith
Geno Smith has been the victim of one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL, but the aging quarterback does need to show more consistency for the 
Las Vegas Raiders.
The former Pro Bowler has had two fairly decent performances and one poor one, so now is not the time for head coach Pete Carroll to consider a quarterback change yet.
Still, a poor performance against a limited 
Chicago Bears team will have this franchise asking some very difficult questions. Considering the Raiders’ division, this weekend’s game is practically a must-win.

Chase Brown
Chase Brown came into the season with bullish expectations after a productive sophomore season. Unfortunately, the young running back is the face of the worst rushing attack in the NFL so far.
The 2-1 
Cincinnati Bengals have been through a lot this season, and now will not have quarterback Joe Burrow for around three months.
Facing a 
Denver Broncos team that has been susceptible to the run this season will be a good litmus test on whether head coach Zac Taylor might want to give backup running backs Samaje Perine and Taj Brooks more reps.

Tua Tagovailoa
The Miami Dolphins are 0-3 and approaching a crossroads with this core. While quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has been healthy through three weeks, he already has four interceptions for a passing offense that is struggling.
Head coach Mike McDaniel likely would never bench his starting quarterback for Zach Wilson, especially considering that Tagovailoa is the highest-paid player in franchise history. But if the Dolphins lose to the 0-3 New York Jets, desperate calls might call for desperate measures.

Trevon Diggs
The Dallas Cowboys’ secondary has been one of the worst units in the NFL this season, allowing 288 yards per game through three weeks.
While he has struggled with injuries since his two Pro Bowl seasons, Trevon Diggs is the leader of this group, and in the middle of a five-year, $97 million contract.
The 27-year-old cornerback is among the lower graded players at his position, putting him in jeopardy of getting benched or traded without a good performance against the Green Bay Packers.

C.J. Stroud
C.J. Stroud likely isn’t getting benched anytime soon, but the Houston Texans’ quarterback has been regressing since his 2023 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year season.
Head coach DeMeco Ryans’ team is 0-3 in 2025, and this franchise will likely to face an identity crisis if the season does not turn around quickly.
Stroud has one more year remaining on his current deal before he becomes eligible for a club option. The Texans surely want to believe their young quarterback is the future of the franchise.
However, if the reigning AFC South champs lose to the 0-3 
Tennessee Titans at home, there’s a chance the front office presses the panic button on this talented roster.
