Thomas Müller will make his 150th Champions League appearance for Bayern on Tuesday night against Real Madrid. Only two players before him have reached that milestone for one club.

Back in March 2009, a 19-year-old Thomas Müller made his Champions League debut for Bayern Munich, coming on as a substitute and scoring in a 7-0 thrashing of Sporting CP.

Fast forward to today – more than 15 years later – and Müller has turned 34 and is about to make his 150th Champions League appearance for the Bavarians.

The Bayern veteran has been named in the Bayern lineup for Tuesday’s semifinal first leg against Real Madrid, meaning he will become only the third player to make 150 Champions League appearances for one club, joining Iker Casillas (150 for Real Madrid) and Xavi Hernandez (151 for Barcelona).

In 149 Champions League appearances, Müller has scored 54 goals and provided 33 assists.
