Luis de la Fuente will not be able to count on Pedri in his Spain squad for La Roja’s upcoming Euro 2024 qualifying fixtures.
After confirming the bad news about Pedri’s injury, the Real Federación Española de Fútbol has announced that the Tenerife native has withdrawn from the national team’s training camp for the matches against Norway and Scotland later this month.
These are the seven possible alternatives that De la Fuente is considering.
Mundo Deportivo report that one of the following seven players could replace Pedri in the Spain squad:
1) Brais Méndez (Real Sociedad)
2) Oihan Sancet (Athletic Club)
3) Gabri Veiga (Celta Vigo)
4) Rodrigo Riquelme (Girona)
5) Jon Moncayola (Osasuna)
6) Sergi Darder (Espanyol)
7) Marcos Llorente (Atlético Madrid)
