VfB Stuttgart have landed Anthony Rouault on a loan deal from Toulouse.

VfB Stuttgart have confirmed the arrival of French centre-back Anthony Rouault on loan from Toulouse.
“We’re convinced Anthony has all the qualities needed to quickly establish himself in the Bundesliga,” said Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth.
“He has already played numerous games at senior level in France and gained key experience in the process, but at 22 he also has room to improve. We’re pleased Anthony has opted for VfB and offer him a warm welcome to the club.”
Rouault commented:
“I’m really pleased to be at VfB. After my time in France, I’m starting a new chapter here in the Bundesliga. I’m looking forward to getting to know my coach and team-mates and want to help the club achieve their aims. I’ve heard many good things about the atmosphere at VfB’s home games and I’m obviously aware that my compatriot Benjamin Pavard blossomed into an international player here.”
